Warranty Terms of Batteries & Devices

Our Company guarantees the good construction and operation of the product and the non-defectiveness of the materials used.

The guarantee is provided for 12 months to the original buyer.
Excludes Motorcycle Batteries that have NO WARRANTY from any manufacturer
The transport of the batteries / devices for repair is the responsibility of the customer.
The guarantee is valid from the day of purchase indicated on the considered proof of purchase (retail sales slip, invoice). This receipt states, in addition to the date of purchase, the name of the buyer, the make and model of the battery / device.
The company within the above time limits, in case of malfunction of the battery / device undertakes the obligation to examine the product and to repair any defective part as long as the anomaly comes from the construction and not from the use or misuse after its delivery to the buyer.
The normal operation of the battery / device during the first six (6) months of its use, confirms its initial non-defect. The opposite must be proven by the customer.
The restoration does not extend the warranty period of the product.
The guarantee ceases to be valid in case of intervention, or interventions by persons who have not been authorized by our Company.
If the battery / device is sent to the workshop for testing or repair, within the warranty period, it must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
The Company approves the replacement of the battery / device, only in case the correct repair of the fault is not possible.
The warranty does NOT cover a battery that:
- will be measured with 11V and below as it is considered abuse in its use, incorrect application, immobility etc
- has beaten poles
- the box has spilled liquids or its poles will come knocked, cracked, teased
The warranty does NOT cover burnt, knocked, or opened appliances and the aesthetic parts of the appliances.
Specifically for BOSCH batteries, the battery should have a gray sticker with the marking "WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED" as shown in the photo below.
In case it is removed, it is not covered by guarantees and is not returned.
Please read the instructions for use of the device carefully. Unnecessary calling of the authorized technician is the responsibility of the consumer.
In order for your guarantee to be valid, you always keep the purchase receipt in good condition.

All vehicle bulbs have a 6 month manufacturer's warranty.
Before warranty services can be provided, you must provide proof of purchase.
Warranty return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, installation of a part not supplied with the product, or subjecting the product to any other than the specified voltage and application.

Unauthorized application, repair, modification or adaptation of your product voids the warranty.
