RETURN TERMS

All products can be returned as long as they are unused and as long as they are in their original packaging, within 15 days.

The process goes like this:
- The item is returned at the customer's responsibility and expense and upon receipt by the returns department,
a check is made and finally the customer's account is credited with the amount of the product.
- The returns of the products are accepted, by sending them to the company and with the cost paid
to our warehouses from the customer.
- Returned products must not have been used.
- Upon their receipt, a standard check is made and the amount of the product is credited to the customer.

CANCELLATION TERMS

You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that
the products have NOT been shipped from our store and during 8 working hours
(working hours of the Customer Service department 9.00 - 18.00 are considered working).

***In case of cancellation of an order while its shipment has been started, then the return costs
are charged to you and you follow the procedure according to the terms of the return.
