GIFT CARD TERMS OF USE

1. The card is accepted for purchases via the carlamco.gr website as well as in physical stores
2. The card is non-personal and transferable.
3. Any amount on the card is not redeemable, nor can it be exchanged for money or gift vouchers.
4. No interest of any kind is due.
5. The card is valid for one (1) year from the last transaction.
6. Protect this card like cash. In case of loss or theft the card is not replaced.

Based on the Greek legislation and in particular in accordance with par. 109 of article 7 of the Code of Taxation for the Representation of Transactions (Law 4093/2012) for the purchase of a gift certificate from physical stores no retail receipt or invoice is issued because no delivery-sale of goods takes place , but the purchase of a right in favor of a third party which is incorporated in the gift certificate, that is, a type of check, the bearer of which acquires the right to purchase goods of equal value of his own choice from the store that issued it. When the gift voucher holder shows up and buys goods of equal value, then a sale takes place and the corresponding tax item is issued. CARLAMCO stores exchange the presented gift certificate by delivering to the bearer goods of at least equal or greater value (provided he has paid the difference) without conducting an identity check and are not responsible for this.
